Claims processing

At Tamesis DUAL, we recognise the importance of our claims service and will always ensure that our clients’ claims are processed as quickly and efficiently as possible. Tamesis is able to provide extremely well rated security to its clients. Being a Reinsurance MGA, it is the same well rated security that holds claims authority.  

The process:

Claims notifications are received into Tamesis from the client’s broker and each and every claim is reviewed by our Claims Manager and immediately processed onto our ledgers. 

The claims are then presented to our carrier(s) for their agreement every Friday, through a weekly claims bordereau.  Once the claim is approved by the carrier, the monies will be forwarded onto Tamesis, in order to remit swift claims settlement to the client.  

Any issues arising or delays in authorising a valid claim, is identified and followed up personally by our dedicated Claims Manager to resolve promptly and obtain claims settlement for our clients.

Depending on when a claim is submitted, we expect claims settlement to occur within a 7 to14 day window.
